We hope this channel will give you a window into the workings of the South Asian Autism Awareness Centre (SAAAC):
a non profit community organization run by a multi-disciplinary team including physicians, behavioural therapists, speech therapists, occupational therapists, dance/music therapists, & social workers. Our coordinated team aims to provide easily accessible and discipline-rich management for Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) children from South Asian families who often don't benefit from resource awareness or engagement, crucial and timely to the successful development of their children.

Building Smiles: Ithayam Clinic Grand Opening
On January 7, 2025, we celebrated a transformative step in inclusive healthcare with the grand opening of Ithayam Clinic, a partnership between SAAAC Autism Centre and Smile Lab.
This innovative dental hygiene clinic is dedicated to providing compassionate, sensory-friendly care for individuals on the autism spectrum and their families. Since its soft launch in November 2024, Ithayam Clinic has already made a difference in the lives of 21 families.
